Cancellation Policy

No shows for appointments will now be charged at full price. Payment must be paid in full either before or at next appointment.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before appointment times in order for your appointment to be filled by a person waiting for an appointment. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hrs notice will be charged at 50% of the price of the treatment.

I will always understand that emergencies arise but please be mindful that I am self-employed and I do not get paid if you don’t show or cancel too late. I often do not have time to try and fill appointments last minute because I am busy with clients and this is frustrating for myself and those on my waiting list. Please bear in mind that I am often booked up months in advance and every appointment is precious. Thank you for your consideration.
